Keloid scars generally can be divided into two broad categories : the original “hair style” type and secondary type or keloid proliferative scars. The “hair style type” original Keloid scar , appears on the chest or shoulder, at beginning looking like little red spots ( itching gradually from small to big ) , hard at touch, butterfly-shaped, round, irregular-shaped and so on. Secondary-type scars, also known as keloid proliferative scars, are divided into: acne scars and keloids cancer. Many due to burns, trauma, acne, infection or the result of the introduction of suppurative surgery, laser, freezing,etc. Hormone drugs will lead to the closure of damaged subcutaneous tissue damage and stop degeneration. Skin color becomes red and irritation occurs. Drinking or eating spicy food have a tendency to increase irritation symptoms.

The development of a Keloid scar can be an extremely frustrating time in one’s life. Not only are these kinds of scars often large and unseemly, but they are also extremely itchy. Unfortunately, those with Keloids sometimes take matters into their own hands and attempt to cut off or burn away their scars.
